The dynamic COVID-19 situation continues to bring uncertainty and disruption into our lives and our business. Our team has done remarkable work under these extraordinary conditions, placing increased emphasis on safety and social distancing, while continuing to serve you. To best address supply chain constraints and demand patterns for our products, our Wisconsin-based manufacturing plants will suspend most production operations from April 27 through May 10, 2020.  Our manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic, Thailand and China will continue with their regular production schedules.

All business-critical functions, including Customer Support, the Order Desk, Financial Services and Genuine Parts remain operational and ready to provide you with exceptional service and support. Should you need additional assistance, please login to MyAlliance and reach out through the “Contact Us” section. Our Customer Care representatives are ready to respond to your requests. Even with this schedule change, we believe we will satisfy all customer orders and current demand for our products.
